Payment Terms

1. Currency and VAT

All purchases are paid in Danish kroner (DKK), regardless of the language you have chosen. All prices include Danish VAT.

The price shown before payment is the total price you pay.

2. Price per case

1–5 signers: DKK 7.50 · 6–10 signers: DKK 15.00 · 11–15 signers: DKK 22.50 · 16–20 signers: DKK 30.00. A maximum of 20 signers per case.

There is no subscription, no set-up fee and no other fees.

3. Credit packs

10 credits: DKK 75 · 25 credits: DKK 175 · 50 credits: DKK 325 · 100 credits: DKK 600.

One credit covers one case with up to 5 signers. Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, can be shared via the credit code and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Payment methods

Payment is processed by Stripe. You can pay with MobilePay or a payment card, as well as Apple Pay and Link where available on your device. We do not receive or store card details.

5. Danish billing address only

Underskriv.nu can currently only be purchased by customers with a Danish billing address. The address is entered in the payment window and checked by our server against Stripe's information.

If a payment is completed with a foreign billing address, the case is not activated and no credits are issued. The full amount is refunded automatically, and you receive an e-mail once Stripe has confirmed the refund.

Signers may be located in other countries.

6. Private or business

When purchasing, you state whether you are buying as a private individual or a business. If you buy as a business, you enter the company name and CVR number.

7. Completion and failed payments

A purchase is complete when Stripe has confirmed the payment to our server. Only then is the case activated or the credit code issued. Being returned to our site is not in itself a confirmation.

If the payment fails or is interrupted, nothing is charged, the case is not activated, and you can try again. If a payment requires manual review (e.g. an amount discrepancy), we contact you, and the amount is refunded if necessary.

8. Refunds and payment disputes

Refunds are made to the payment method used. For full or partial refunds and for payment disputes, section 7 of the Terms of Service applies. On withdrawal: see section 8 of the Terms of Service.

9. Receipt

You receive a payment receipt from Stripe and a confirmation from us by e-mail. If you need further documentation of your purchase, you can write to kontakt@underskriv.nu.
