Cookie Policy

1. In short

Underskriv.nu uses no analytics, statistics or marketing cookies and no third-party tracking tools. We only use storage that is necessary for the service and therefore show no cookie banner.

The storage below is used only to provide the service you have asked for and therefore requires no consent.

2. Cookie: ds_remember

Created automatically when you have confirmed your e-mail with a one-time code – both when creating cases and when buying credits. It lets you continue in the same browser without a new code.

It contains only a random key (no e-mail address), cannot be read by the site's scripts (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict), is checked by our server each time it is used and expires no later than 24 hours after confirmation without being extended. It is revoked when you choose "Change e-mail" or "Forget me on this device". Provider: Underskriv.nu.

3. Local storage in the browser

Local storage (ds_verified_email_live / ds_verified_email_test): stores the verified e-mail address and the expiry time so the page can show "E-mail verified". It does not by itself grant access to anything. Removed on "Change e-mail" or expiry.

Session storage (ds_return_manage): remembers, in the same tab, the way back to your case when you sign yourself. Deleted when the tab is closed.

Session storage (ds_return_auth): keeps the case's temporary access in the same tab while you pay with MobilePay, so you can continue to your case when you return. It does not extend the access and is deleted when the payment is confirmed or the tab is closed.

Session storage (tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3): remembers the scroll position between pages. Deleted when the tab is closed.

4. Stripe

Stripe's payment window is loaded only when you start a payment. In that context, Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies, among other things to complete the payment and prevent fraud. Stripe's current information about cookies and their duration is available at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.

5. Fonts

The font (Archivo) is served from our own server. No cookies are set, and no information is sent to Google or other font providers.
